Now known as the Frank Applegate Estate. This was the hub of the folk art movement in New Mexico. One of Santa Fe's oldest historic estate properties originally built in the 1700s, bought by Spainsh army sargeant Francisco de la Pena in 1845 and then in the 1920s by artist Frank Applegate.
